Why would he do that?! So stupid! Like that the Belgian driver Bertrand Gachot got sentenced for traffic altercation with a taxi driver and then sprayed gas on him, and later in 2011 Adrian Sutil caused a nightclub involvement with Eric Lux!

Over the years the Italian justice system has tried to throw a lot of F1 people in jail,but as of yet I don't think anyone has spent a night in a cell.
I don't think Mr Irvine will ever need to pack his toothbrush and pyjamas. |
