What country are you in and what car are you fitting it to?
The connections on the rear don't look like standard European.
The last radios I fittec were to my Discovery and to a Corsa. One was a Sony and it ftted straight in, just a matter of unpluging the old one and pluging in the new one.
The Corsa had the same fittings although it was a standard radio I put back.
If there were instructions it shouldnt be that difficult to follow them

It should be possible to get a cable set to fit the connections on the back of that unit and, on the other end, fit whatever connectors are in your car.
Is there a stereo in the car already? If so, I'd advise getting hold of the right tool for removing it, it's a pair of bent pieces of wire, again available from your parts store (easier than making your own bent bits of wire!!) Take the old unit out and check the connectors, you may be lucky and find it plugs straight in....
