Excellent news!

And could be back behind the wheel as early as July.....that's some recovery from such a horrific crash.

He'll be sorely missed (no pun intended) at Le Mans this year, especially during the second qualifying session on the Thursday evening..........

Indeed, Enge will be missed at Le Mans this year. Ive followed Enge's career ever since his F3000 days and is one of my favourite drivers.

Nothing is decided yet, Le Mans is still possible, 7th July is mentioned as expected date of return to ALMS only.

too true mate...the hairs on the back of my neck would stand on end whenever rlm announced he was leaving the pitlane at around 11.45pm. That moment alone makes the journey to get there for qualifying worth it. i also liked his obvious love of the race, i remember him at the friday drivers parade with his video camera making his own home movies. hope he's back soon.

Darren Turner is in the car for Utah and Lime Rock as Mueller has obligations to AF Corsa in FIA GT. Mueller is the full time 2nd seat (co-driver) in the car with Enge.
