Few cars/teams/drivers plans already announced or floating around. Looks like Area will be running a fleet of 6 Hyundai's. I expect to see a few brand new cars hitting the grid next year.

I have had a look around and can't find anything about the FL5 being developed into a TCR car, other than Monterio mentioning a 'new car for 2023'

Max Hart moving to GT Cup next year in GT4 / Carrera Cup "with a teammate of mine this year", or possibly a move to TCR Europe if he makes Hyundai's junior driver program.

I would guess it would be AWE - didn't Wilmot just buy a Civic?
