Arguably there is a hole in the corporate sponsorship area before there will be 2x Preston Hire Racing cars. Perhaps Team18 can run 2 cars, although the second one wouldn't be run as #18

The thing that counters that is that while Tekno bought a brand new ZB chassis from 888 at the start of the season, financial constraints () meant that the PHR squad updated an older car. And even then didn't run the pukka 888 front end.. (again perhaps because of cost)...

Going by how awesome the sole PHR car is going this year why would one want to be in the second one?

RB don’t want Ocon if he can be recalled to Merc.

Didn’t Toto say, a few weeks ago, he would release him if it helps him?

Simple then, Merc release him and RB signs him long-term and puts him in STR - which could be a very good seat in 2019 not they are sharing Red Bull tech a la Haas/Ferrari.
