It was a high-speed demo, a few of them were driven quite carefully, but there were some that were really on it, especially on the Sunday.

Absolutely marvelous. Such huge displacement, yet distributed among only 4 cylinders. That's over 7(!) liters per cylinder.

They evidently don't favour FIA-spec tarmac run off in Zimbabwe. They seem to prefer golf ball sized gravel and thorn trees.

This car is road registered and Craig intends driving it from his base in Cape Town to Port Shepstone this weekend for the second round of the African Endurance Series at Dezzi Raceway. That's a drive of about 1500km. Then he's going to do the 1 hour race and drive home again. Old school.

PS: I hope the race at Dezzi actually happens. It's been a bit quiet on that front...
