Forda should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Any guesses as to whom the purchaser might be?

Wasn’t this lot moved to Dreamworld a couple of years ago to be a major exhibit?

The Daytona was controversial though, and may not have been wanted by the purchaser.

In the video pictured above, Mr Champion said it took them weeks to consider restoring it, and the family believed that car contained Brock's spirit

Wondering whether the purchaser could be currently residing in the us?

Personally I would have chosen anything BUT that.

They were sold as per Peter Champion's post above. The new owner is now putting some of them up for auction. If you check the latest issue of Australian Muscle Car it has a little article about it. A couple of the real cars (not tribute/replicas) have already been on-sold.

I went to see them at Dreamworld a few weeks ago after they said it was closing down, must have been about half a dozen people looking at them.

How many of them were the real deal, and cars that Brock actually drove? Several are either replicas, or re-liveried as '05', etc.

I fail to see what the issue is. Plenty more genuine Brock cars out there that weren't part of the collection. Some of which are living happily overseas with little regard to the Brock stigma.

The 'majority' of the collection is going to be auctioned by Lloyds in September, at Bathurst.

The following cars have already been onsold:
  • 1983 Holden VH Commodore HDT No.05 - to be raced in Heritage Touring Cars
  • 1986 Holden VK Commodore HDT No.05 - to be raced in Heritage Touring Cars
Cars which do not appear to be included in the auction:
  • 1956 Austin A30 Sedan No.179
  • 1969 Holden HT Monaro No.43D
  • 1974 Holden LH Torana HDT No.05
Being retained by Mr Champion:
  • Entire road car collection
  • Daytona Coupe
  • HDT Special Vehicles business
Uncertain if for auction or sold:
  • 1987 Holden VL Commodore HDT No.05

Updated list, still with a few unknowns, and a couple of [G]'s guessed:

Any corrections welcome.
