The Hrt Kid should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
How much for karts?

just wondering here.. but how much would say a competitive second hand ax6 with k100s motor set someone back?

Hopefully next year when i get some funds together i might be able to upgrade.

Also is there many different Ax6 models?

A second hand AX6 with KT100S anywhere from $2000 to $3800 depending on condition and history (ex championship winning gear cost more)and any spares included.
The best bet is to checkout WWW.TRADINGPOST.COM.AU(look under motorbikes there is a go kart/dune buggy page) or the classifieds on the club websites WWW.AKA.ASN.AU then go to links/clubs

To see the range of Arrow (AX#) karts go to WWW.DPENG.COM.AU but the differences are basically rookie,CIK,dirt, etc
If you are 16 or older then if have the $$$ (approx $5500to $8000 roller+motor) i reccommend Rotax MAX.

yep I would say thats a reasonable price..i payed $2300 for my AX6 which only had 12 races in over 40's on it and a year old engine..which was a pretty good buy.

kartracer has suggested some very good links to find out what is available in types of Ax6 models.

we have established that you have a J motor HRT kid ..but what kind of chassis are you currently running ??
