MGs Bank Holiday at Mallory

Tickets have just arrived for the MGs at Mallory. As always, it should be a good meeting. Who else is going, apart from the usual "Cadwell on Tour" crowd???

As I'm part of the usual "Cadwell on Tour" crowd, suppose I'll be there.

I'll be there as I think I qualify as a member of the "Cadwell on Tour" crowd, in spite of my connections with the MG Car Club.

There is still some room on the 'Bank' for anyone else who would like to join us, any discipline accepted, so please pm with me your availability.

You would be MORE than welcome if you ever have the opportunity to make it up into Lincolnshire.

I know that is true Joyce. My brother in law and I usually get there once a year either for 750 or MG's, it's just to far to make it a more regular visit!

I will be there, and will be staying at my mate's pub, the Bull & Lion, in Packington, on the Saturday night. Anyone fancy joining me for a pint or three will be welcome

Is that the Packington as in Packington Ford?

It's a MGCC meeting so I'll be there.

Was a Snetterton this weekend with MG's racing from the MGOC but don't tell JW. Anyway a racing MG is a racing MG.

See you on Sunday.

I'll be there too (as a driver). I'll try not to come visiting the Marshals at Gerrards like I did last time...

*note to self: Turn right at end of first straight*

Hmm, that would be a Triumph Spitfire rather than the Spitfire brand of Ale which I have also been known to sample on occasion (though not, I hasten to add the occasion just before a race)

Does being on the Rescue Unit count?

I shall be there, but won't be with you guys on the bank for this one. I'm intending to race next season and need to do some 'loitering' around the paddock.
I'll be back in orange for the Cadwell and Silverstone rounds though.

Note to self: Make sure Steve's on unit training involves some counting.
(we need at least one of us who can count more than ten before going to sleep)

Note to Clive: will post with how Steve got on.

Note to Steve: you might want to bring calculator or at least a few biscuits.

I know this is very short notice but.......

I now find that I am available to Marshal tomorrow but haven't got a ticket/car pass for this event.
I can't get hold of John Watson as he's probably already left home!

Any idea's? Anyone have a spare ticket/car pass that I could meet at the gate in the morning?

Thanks in advance!

PM if able to help!
