I nip out for the evening and look what happens

No thanks to a Mod Job though. I think I like the more jovial and fun sides of just being a member, even if I do occasionally overstep the acceptable limits imposed by the rules and mods. I have locked horns in the past with the lovely bella and - although I have never met her - I respect what she is trying to achieve and the endless hours she puts in to TT. Also we do share a common factor in her employer and our sponsor [oops, I'm off again].

Much as I hate to say it, I also have a lot of time for the Snowman. The unpaid hours he puts into www.clubff1600.co.uk and ten tenths is something I could never do. I doubt he suffers the "it's ridiculous, as soon as you come through the door you're straight on that flipping [didn't want to overstretch the hardworking autocensor with the actual word] ten tenths" from 'er indoors. Also, there is no way I could control the likes of Rivett-Tech and Dawkins. I was going to include Darcym, but thought better of it.

So carry on modding you two [and the other one who I have no idea about, other than he appears to be 'the quiet one'] The rest of us should just behave ourselves and young Gold Dust, well words fail me whenever I see most of your posts.

One thing the big chiefs aren't keen on is auto-censor avoidance, which is what that amounts to.

TenTenths is currently facing issues with where the site is hosted which means that very soon we might not have a forum at all. Duplicate threads don't help this matter, which is why at the moment I'm being particularly careful. Because we all want the forum to continue.
I don't think a couple of extra threads make much difference to the bandwidth / webspace consumtion. I expect 1 image would take up about the same as 50 posts.

What are the problems you have with your hosting? I might be able to help you if needed...

As I've said on the Forum Etiquette post, that's not the only issue with multiple threads. You're quite correct that images are a key issue at the moment, but the fundamental problem is TT is too popular.

UkF1 - will PM you.

If a thread is posted it is done on its own merits puting them all together because they share a vague bit of information is nonsence and is starting to be done a little to much of late.
