Yes, exactly the same. In my opinion he didn't achieve anything special that really should give him the seat in Nissan squad. Ok, he may be a leading driver, he's had some flashes but it 's still not enough. I think Nissan needs two proven drivers instead of Caruso and Todd Kelly and a young talent instead of De Silvestro. Rick is, I believe, impossible to sack for now.

With LDM selling off their RECs into a JV and onto prodrive, could prodrive number their cars as #3 #4 #5 and #6 next season?

The #3 is freed up from the sale to prodrive, and the #4 became available when Erebus switched to #99 for Mr Wood this year...

So... who’s in the #7 Nissan then?

Mr Fullwood would make sense since he had a test day already, and had a second one lined up but they couldn’t get it done...

So Where does Brighty park his REC.

LDM two REC's: Now one 23 red racing (Mundy /Angry man racing)
Insert Will Davidson ( journey man driver)

the other gone to PRA ( Frosty/waters)

Skye sanrds racing ( Mostert/Stanway)

so Brighty's REC goes to Mat Stone Racing

Jac Le Broq for Todds drive, Nissan

Simona De Silvestro get's the MSR racing as using Brighty's REC

Opens up Nissan for some one else

yep it is on for silly season

But is Mr Fullwood fast?

How about Shae Davies who has also done a solid job in the Nissan.

Nice! That would be a snazzy arrangement.

#3 Stanaway
#4 Mostert
#5 Winterbottom
#6 Waters

Very slick!

Has the #55 Mostert merchandise already been ordered however...

SDS isn't going anywhere.

I'd say the only two unknown seats at this stage are #7 and #023 and #19.

Mr Bright's REC will probably end up being leased to, or purchased by the conglomerate behind the MSR entry.

Ouch thats a big statement about not paying?
Is that the case, surely not and if so they should throw his arsk out of the series.

Unpaid creditors is usual in motorsport, no?

Davison opens himself up to risk of ending up on the "unpaid creditor" list by being a contractor of Tekno (Will Davison Pty Ltd, the arrangement most drivers use, right?) rather than an employee, with employee protections...

Contractors always have less rights than employees, do they not, in any area of business? That's why business are so keen to use contractors rather than take on employees, no?

At least with Tekno staying solvent, Mr. Davison has some hope of recovering his dues unlike the (all too common) creditors left behind by bankrupt motorsport entities!

Of course continuing the offer your services without being paid is sadly putting your heart ahead of your brain.

But could any driver simply walk away from a drive?

And if you do withhold services, is that actually a formal breach of the driving agreement... often it is... so they might never get paid..
