Wow!!!!

Did you guys see that race? That has to be the most amazing finish I've ever seen in my life! WOW! With races like that, Darlington makes an awful good case for keeping both dates, sellouts or not.

Beating and Banging to the finish line. Busch said that his power steering was gone when he battle with Craven. That was exciting with .002 meaning inches to win. A big win for the new Grand Prix and Pontiac, also a win for a single car team. Keep both dates at Darlington because this is beating and banging racing.

Simply put, THE BEST FINISH I HAVE EVER SEEN! I hope that race fans from all around the world could have seen that, as that is what racing should be! Usually I'm not the biggest fan of NASCAR, but today I'm back to my roots!

Best finish outside of Bristol I've ever seen. Both of those guys looked like they were driving late models at Springfield instead of Cup cars on a paved track.

That was a great finish.

Good way to go into the break, while NASN shows NCAA.

Damn!

I keep trying to explain this to people in the open-wheel forums, there are good reasons NASCAR's as popular as it is!

Is that the cloest ever finish of a car race ever? Or has a race ever been won by .001 of a second?

There was an Indy Lights race where Kristian Kolby beat Damien Faulkner (I think) by a thousandth of a second, back in 2001.

Also the Vallelunga GP in 1967 featured a staged dead heat between Scarfiotti and Parkes, but as they were driving Ferraris I don't suppose the timing was too important...

Looks like an absolute thriller, I can't get NASCAR on normal TV here, but I might have to pay clsoer attention if it's like that every week. Obviusly both Craven adn Busch did a superb job.

Boots, if you can get channel 5 then the Busch series is on nearly every monday night/early tuesday. Not quite the Winston Cup but still pretty good racing.
