I just hope the grids are a decent size. I did the goldarts / |Britcar meet at Thruxton and the turnout was abysmal. BTW the instructions I got said to use Coppice tunnel to get to the infield. Anyone know why? I didn't think they used that one anymore.

Because they want to de-conflict spectator/official traffic from traffic to the Exhibition Centre (which is just near the "midfield" tunnel).

Jim

Don't think there'll be a problem with Britcar grids (I mean, we got 30+ at Croft ) Don't know about the Donington Open (the GT type race) but I hope there's a good few. The Britsports (Caterhams, Westfields, etc) pulled out of Croft due to lack of entries, so those who didn't bother to travel up North should be ready to come out and play again at a circuit within their range

I would have made Sunday, but Saturday I can't do (actually, I'd forgotten I'd volunteered for this one). Would someone pass my apologies on to John as I won't be able to ring him at a reasonable hour, and I'll send the passes back. Ta.

Roy - I have also sent my passes back to JS with apologies as it clashes with the BMMC Dinner dance.

However, would you be able to make a note on the sign-on sheets (Obervers) if he hasn't received my apols yet?

Thanks

Mark
