Thanks for that batmobile. I see that there are 2 least grandstand next year. The Chapelle (which was the one looking on to the Esses) and Singher (not sure where that one was).

My choice for day top of ACO building!or first chicane on the Mulsanne, or Indianapolis left, then Arnage or start of Porsche curves, at night Dunlop is good but for sunrise outside of Dunlop by the speed trap you can get the sun rising through the bridge http://www.gtphotosport.com/lmhistor...dsc_5623.html. |

The Shinger was the concrete one 2 floor grand stand that was between the temporary grandstands at the end of pitlane. I thought its was restored a bit for this years Le Mans, It was available for the Press this year.

There is lots of work well underway two new tunnels and reshaping of ford, I don't think the work on the new pits/ grandstands buildings is scheduled this year. They have moved the road by the airport to give more space.

Can I just say that the €45 General Entrance Ticket (for ACO members) is still the biggest bargain in World Motorsport.

You can calculate, for this price you go to the preliminary practice, 2 qualifying sessions, a pit walk on saturday before preliminary day and on friday before the race, and the race of course.
BUT, last year you could'nt go to the tyres manufacturers place free if you had'nt a grandsatnd ticket. Only with a general enclosure ticket you had to pay 10€ or 15€ more. Let'see this year for this.... |

Daytona 24 hours is $80 US for General Admission, and $540 for RV parking for the four days (and you're only allowed to stay in it during the race night!).
