Ayr should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I've been trying to plan this out this week;

24/3 Britcar Silverstone
22/4 British GT Donington
6/5 FIA GT SS
3/6 BGT Snetterton
19/6 F1 Test SS
29/7 Classic SS
4/8 Britcar Doni
9/9 BGT Croft
16/9 LMS! SS
30/9 BGT Rockingham

I would like to go to something sportscar based at Cadwell because I haven't been there for years and it is closest to me, but there is little information on the website. Never been to Croft either, also fairly close to me I think, so I'm looking forward to BGT there.

There is quite a few long treks to Silverstone this year but they have a lot of good stuff there this year(I would rather LMS was at Donington again) and I have not added the SS BGT round or 24 hours to the list, yet.

I have never seen/heard a modern F1 car so the June test seems a good idea while doing away with the crowds and cost of a GP.

Unfortunately, the Silverstone 24 is the same weekend as the Croft BGT so it's one or t'other I'm afaid.

You lot are well planned ahead!
I am hoping to go to a couple of Britcars too.. Pity the DSC is only visiting for the 24hr, they were great at Brands last year.

LeMans is on the 'definite' list though

All LMS (Monza, Valencia, Silverstone, Spa, Nuerburgring,Interlagos potential) and Le Mans. PLM still also in the potentials...
No Spa 24 Hours for me this year, will be on vacation with the family in Brazil.

Just a handful of races for me this year:

April 21 ALMS Houston
April 22 Champcar Houston
April 28 Busch Talladega
April 29 Nextel Cup Talladega
June 16-17 Le Mans

Will probably do one BTCC race (Oulton Park probably) and might be in Chicago at the same time as IRL so might get along to that too, all being well.

I first want to see the grid in ALMS before I decide if I am going to attend the Miller Motorsports weekend. If it's just the Vette's in GT1 I don't think I'll go, there is a Speed GT that weekend and I would like to see them.
The other likely race is FIA GT in Silverstone again. It's a long trip, but the grid seems to be shaping up nicely.

April 28-29, AMA @ Fontana (maybe)
May 19-20, AMA @ Sears Point
July 20-22, Moto GP USGP @ Laguna Seca (Already Booked!)
Sep. 15-16, AMA @ Laguna Seca
Oct. 19-20, ALMS @ Laguna Seca

That should be it along with a few local oval track races.

Just go, you'll still have fun. Lots of good racing to look forward to this year.

Got a pretty busy year, highlights being Bathurst and Le Mans...

Apr 13-15: ALMS, Long Beach
Apr 20-22: Rally America, Oregon Trail
May 18-20: Rolex Sportscar Series, Laguna Seca (clashes with AMA Superbike at Infineon )
June 15-17: Le Mans 24 Hours
July 20-22: MotoGP, Laguna Seca
Aug 24-26: IRL and Rolex Series, Infineon Raceway
Sep 15-16: AMA Superbike, Laguna Seca
Oct 4-7: Bathurst 1000, Australia
Oct 19-21: ALMS, Laguna Seca

Pretty packed schedule but all are definite. I'm also considering driving down to Mexico for the Baja 1000 in November, but that's a little shakey at the mo, given the cost to go to Bathurst.

My schedule (hopefully)

Races 2007 - Provisional

750MC. Mallory Park. March 11th
World Superbikes. Donington Park. April 1st
FIA GT. Silverstone. 6th May
DTM. Brands Hatch. June 10th
Le Mans. 16th - 17th June
TGP + Orwell Supersports. Brands Hatch. July 1st
Silverstone Classic. July 29th
Rally Finland. August 3rd - 5th
Le Mans Series. Spa 1000Km. August 19th
Oulton Park Gold Cup. August 27th
Le Mans Series. Silverstone 1000Km. September 16th
World Touring Cars. Brands Hatch. September 23
British F3/GT. Rockingham. September 30th
BTCC. Thruxton. October 14th

Silverstone LMS and the Silverstone Classic are looking iffy at the moment, for me personally, there is a limit to how many times you can watch Le Mans racers around a flat featureless former airfield without getting bored! I gather this year they are on the international circuit instead.

I'm only gonna bother if I don't make it to Spa and/or I'm really bored that weekend. Its a real shame they are not returning to Donington. A real shame.

As for the Classic, I was there last year and I had a brilliant day (I'll never forget that Cortina at Woodcote) but I'm tempted to try something new and head for the Gold Cup instead.

I'll begin my year by watching the Le Mans racers go around a flat featureless former airfield in south-central Florida

The 12 Hours of Sebring (ALMS)
St. Petersburg GP (ALMS/IRL)
GP of Houston (ALMS/Champcar)
Utah GP (ALMS) -- tentative
Road America 500 (ALMS/Champcar)
The Petit Le Mans (ALMS)
Monterey Sportscar Championships (ALMS)

There are a few others that might happen if a cheap flight is available.

i would love to see 55 cars on the international circuit for LMS, NOT!!!!!

besides its on their website the LMS is on the GP circuit as always, which means the cars go angry on hangar straight, cracker of a place the hangar straight.

also you are pretty close to the cars on the hangar as well when they pass, or there is the bank up to the bridge were you can go right to the edge, potentially dangerous but will make for some fantastic footage.

My original comment that 'there is a limit to how many times you can watch Le Mans racers around a flat featureless former airfield without getting bored!' was purely because I've seen all the MLS visits to the circuit and I've been to the circuit far too many times now and I just fancy some change thats all.

yamato, I wouldn't call Sebring flat!! Fairly bumpy track which for me adds to the visual treat of watching the cars.

dj4monie is heading for a stewards' enquiry!
I have so many other plans going on, but I'mvery much a "by seat of the pants person".

I have something in MIND later this spring that might allow me to go to Le Mans and use my own CAR in the process! We shall see, it cost another $250 to keep the car tagged and insured another 15 days in Europe, giving me the total of a month in Europe.

What I am buying Im not sure so I can tell you...

All I can really say is all of them are turbocharged!

It rather EASY actually, just think of the companies that offer or promote European Delivery and you'll have about 4 possible answers.

Outside of that -

WRC@Mexico (working on this one)
Nextel Cup@Sears Point
Le Mans (hopefully)
Long Beach Grand Prix
AMA Supercross@Las Vegas (if it doesn't conflict)
NHRA Sport Compact@Las Vegas (Driving)
NHRA Sport Compact Finals@Pomona (Driving)

And as usual, all motorsports activites on TV are powered by Direct TV's new HD-DVR and Window Vista Premium...
