The throwing stuff at Gordon was somewhat disgraceful. Although tame compared to past efforts!
Nice to see these folk were arrested. The best man won and that's all there is to it, despite the crap finish. |

Jeez guys what do you want.
 Gordon charged from 16th to first in five laps -- reminiscent of Earnhardt's last Talladega win seven years ago -- then held off the pack for eight laps until a final caution flag flew, earning his 77th win. That was some great driving by Gordon. |

Dissapointing finish, it was looking like we'd not even know who'd win with only metres 'till the line, and then that
 could have been so much better...anyway, was good to see some other cars up front
