11th Abingdon Motor Sport CAR-nival. 9/10th June
11th Abingdon Motor Sport CAR-nival.
This years event is being held on Saturday 9th - Sunday 10th June @ Dalton Barracks, Abingdon, Oxfordshire. This years format is the same as other years, 2 sprints on 2 courses on Saturday & the 100 mile 100 car rally on Sunday. Saturday evening we have the beer tent, Bar-B-Q, and of course caravan & camping as in other years. Both events normally get fully booked within a few days of the regs going out, so it should be a cracking week end. We have a marshals prize draw, supported by www.udrivecars.com and www.ready2race.co.uk Our web site www.abingdoncarnival.com is now on line. If you are able to help at all this year, we would love to see you, if you can only do one of the 2 days that's fine. ......We have received an enormous entry over the past 4 days and current totals stand at: Sprint - 125 of 150 Rally - 54 out 100 So yet another full event coming up it would seem, get your offers of help in to the C/M's, they have a big sheet of paper to put all the names on!! |

As of last nights meeting it looks as though it will be oversubscribed again this year, so plenty of motor sport to be seen.

Sprint entries now full, and reserve list started, rally now has over 90 entered.
Marshals draw now has about a dozen good prizes. So if you want fun in the sun, sort out your tent and come and join us. See you there. |

Sprint & Rally both full with resevre lists.
All we need now is to do the same with the marshals lists. Sprint sign on 0700 - 0815. Rally sign on 0630 - 0815. To be on post for 0830. All info on www.abingdoncarnival.com |
