Avalarf should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
10th Abingdon Motor Sport CAR-nival

This Years Abingdon Motor Sport CAR-nival, will be held on June 10th - 11th, at Dalton Barracks just off the A34, believe it or not, at Abingdon Oxfordshire.

The format will be the same as other years, with the two sprints being run on the two courses at the same time on the Saturday.

The 100 mile 100 car sealed surface rally will run on the Sunday.

As with all events we will need a lot of marshals, the more we get the easier the job is for all of us.

As in other years caravan & camping spaces will be available, from Friday - Monday if you want to make a long week end of it, although basic, you will be in good company.

Saturday evening we have the Bar-B-Q, beer tent and this year we have at least one live band.

If you are able to help please contact the chief marshals, Dave & Carla Penycate farnborough2@aol.com 01428 648711 or mobile 07799886632.

Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Dave.

Abingdon.

Both events full with reserves.

Quite a few W R Cars entered in the rally so if you fancy a ride in one come and marshal, marshals prize is a ride round the stage in the winning car.

What?! I saw the title and assumed this would be the Abingdon in America...not my little Abingdon near Oxford! How bizarre. 10th?! Why have I never heard of it?

So you will be there with us then?
This whole weekend is in aid of charity, 1000's of £s raised over the years.
Plus a very good event.
