You guys are gonna hate me - exclusive pics!

Went to Snetterton today, on the off-chance... and what was there?!

Should've seen the grin on my face driving home.

Looks like a small child has been sucked into the airintake in the first picture!

What did it sound like?

Why the blanket in front of the air cooler ? The car caught a cold ?

I'm not sure who was driving... the car broke down at around midday, there was a lot of oil coming out of it, think that's what the blanket was for.

so how did the car look/sound in person? did it have the high pitched scream that most uncorked Aston Martin's have?

holy smoke ,what a front splitter...

And why that big mouth above the Radiator inlet?this surely isn´t just for Brakecooling and Air inlet for the engine? Then two addiional air intakes on the side of the nose...looks really quite cluttered at first sight...
May it be the aston das a quite elaborate inner Air flow management ???
But even the Mouth for the Water rad seems huge to me,compared to the bonnet vents.

well the radiator is actually situated in the top opening, this is evident in the release photos... the vents either side of the upper opening are the openings for the restrictors. as for the large bottom opening, maybe this is for flow through the engine bay and under the car, but the openings either side of the bottom are for brake cooling.

It was probably Darren Turner driving, he did the initial run out of the car and was one of the drivers in the Prodrive 550.

I don't know about a Whale Shark, but it definitely does look like some sort of a fish. A grouper, maybe? Except more flat, like a catfish without the whiskers. Someone help me out here...

It sounds great, we thought it might be Mika Salo driving. I wasn't sure, but in a couple of pictures it looks like his helmet, but I thought he was involved with Maserati.
