From what i know Jules Bianchi signed with ART for 2009.

Daniel Ricciardo made a 1 off this year and impressed. So he is a hopeful for 2009.

Bottas from Formula Renault is said to make his debut for ART this year, if he does well than is has a chance for 2009 too.

hmm very interesting. VW have done very well this year in it's full season return, i bet they will be even better in 2009!

According to Italiaracing, the 3rd manufacturer that Autosport mentioned earlier, is Toyota that will enter Euroseries with DAMS. The engines are supposed to be Japanese F3 spec Tom's.

It's possible that Emma Kimiläinen will drive F3 Euroseries in 2009. Currently she is racing Formula ADAC Masters in Germany and is in top-10 in the standings.

Toyota do very well in jap f3. so i hope them well in the euroseries!

and Emma Kimilainen is doing pretty well, it would be nice to see her racing next season!

I've spoken to Jon Lancaster and he will be doing a further year of F3. I pressume this will be again in the Euroseries.
