marcostraz should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Indycar needs a new restart procedure?

Franchitti e Kanaan lamented a difficult situation after the last restart with a lot of lapped cars between them and Dixon...do you think that IndyCar needs a different restart procedure, for example like NASCAR, to grow the spectacularity and preserve "regularity" of the results on track?
