Red Boys are Quiet Tonight
With Good reason too
Was it the Stone Brothers return to form?? The Ambrose Championship?? Only one VY Commodore in the top 15?? Gee things are looking good for next season. Or was it the childish Behavior of your hero. Mark Skaife? Watchout next year.. Strong Teams like SBR, rich rich FPR and 888 and the Improving DJR will create a lean season. I wouldnt be suprised if Team Brock or PWR are still using VX's next year |

Great to see DJR back up to a competitive position the last few rounds and i'm sure SBR , 888, and FPR will be on the money next year.

I am a RED BOY I have been for about 35 years I have seen SERIES PRODUCTION, GROUP C, GROUPA, and now SUPERCARS AND mostly untill this year I have followed HOLDEN.But one thing that can spoil any type of racing is a one make /team /driver domination, which what was happening with the taxis in the last few years!I dont particulary want to see HOLDENS race against other HOLDENS, and thats what it seemed like , But with FORD winning , can only create a bit more interest in the future, and help keep the RED teams, and some FORD teams also a bit more honest! No matter what side you follow, it can only make it more healthier in the long run, Good on you S.B.R.!!!!!!!

Childish behaviour from Mark? Perhaps but what about Ingall, what was he trying to prove?!?! He had to pit that lap anyway, so there was no point carrying on the fight, and then to swerve at him was just downright pathetic!!

But serously Ford were stong prior to Pukka with 3 in the top 5, 1 Ambrose, 3 Ingall, 5 Lowndes Its all in the past but a good change from the AU days. Its great to have consistancy between the brands. |

As a Holden man,
may I congratulate Ambrose on a fine championship, a worthy winner. Congratulations to Murph on a major form turnaround, what would have happened if they could have tested more?? Skaife and Ingall tut tut kiddies. Go home and have mummy wipe your noses. |
