Formula Dream
hi i was just wondering if anyone can give me some info on a japanese race series called formula dream. I think takuma sato may have won it a few years back. The series winner supposibly gets ongoing support from honda. Does anybody know if any non-japanese drivers have ever race in it or is it just for japanese drivers.
Also what's racado zonta doing this year? thank-you |

Hi ringo,
Takuma didn't graduate FD.He graduated SRS-F in 1997. SRS-F stand for Suzuka Racing School Formula. In these days,FD was not established. I don't confirm whether any non Japanese joined the series. Marc Hynes or Benoit Treluyer has invited a race as a guest driver although. It is necessary to understand Japanese language. Because they must take lectures in Japanese. scholarship winner: 1999 Yuuji Ide (France F3 in 2002), 2000 Kousuke Matsuura(German F3 in 2002), 2001 Shin'ya Hosokawa(British F3 in 2002) |
