Thaksfully, other forecasts aren't so bad - rain only.
Cripes. Well, the Ford Focus in rally guise has done well in Sweden on Michelin tyres!

The JAS Honda colours I think give it the looks edge overall, just ahead of the Seat's...at least JAS came up with something new...Seat, Schnitzer, Ravaglia & Autodelta/(ARRT?) are in exactly the same scheme's as the end of 2004...(the latter three, 2003 too)

They've had the walm up already. According to the Eurosport coverage plan the races will be between 15:00 and 17:00 CET.

Looks like ES have kept the FIA GT Stream running for WTCC- it's pretty clean, but no commentary:mms://wmedialive.coltfrance.com/EurosportFrance

Race one was kinda boring after FIA GT...

But race two..sweet Lord
Farfus is still doing kamikadze job
Respect for Jorg and Garcia ! Great action between Tarquini and Dirk.
And most of all, congratulations James - hope they won't penalise him for cutting chicane.

Eurosport is a disgrace to the WTCC. The races are very short and it's outrageous that they're having commercials during the races

Two commercials no less...not smart is it. There's not enough time to cover the amount of action there is, let alone the countless in race replays & breaks.

7 cars retired from race 2 did you know? I only saw one (Tarq's)

That's because it happened during the commercial brake! Just like Garcia who dropped from 3rd to 7th.

I agree with John Winter. The commercials are too much for such a short race like the WTCC.

The start of race2 was a very lucky one, with the alfa parking in the second row.
Müller did a great job starting 29. and finishing at P4

Giovanardi had a little creep forward before the lights then he stopped. I guess that is just a symptom of a clutch problem.

Colciago's shunt looked quite hard; I only caught a glimpse in the background on the live feed, but he seemed to go into the wall at a fair rate of knots.

j_t_8_8_8 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Yesterday I was in Monza and the races were fantastic...great action and small gap between the leaders...but also in the middle of the group there was some action (which obviously Eurosport didn't show, because it's more important to see some commercials, highlights of the same thing, and those annoying clips of the calendar of the championship)..for example Lacko surprissed me very much, because he has got one of the oldest car of the field, but he was very very fast and in front of many recent cars...and also Huff was very fast, he did a great fight with Andrea Larini..and then Colciago, who was able to stay near to the first.
I was very disappointed for Rosenblad, who crashed strongly his BMW in the warm up, and, also this year, wasn't able to complete a race lap..and the Focus are very very slow...also Hellstrom's Civic was faster

But the most exciting thing happened during the 147 cup, when a car overturned in front of the pits, after a push from another one...I never saw something like that..

I didn't see the crash because I was at the exit of the Parabolica, but he returned at pit with the front and the rear damaged..I hope to have a pic of this..

Yeah I saw that on Eurosport looked a bit nasty good to see he walked away though. I thought Eurosports coverage was excellent, the racing was some of the best. The GTs and the Alfas were very good aswell.

With 1 break in the first race and 2 in the second? And during a 20 minutes race? I think it's too much..maybe during an 1 hour race..but the WTCC races are too short for a break... they lost Colciago's crash and many other things, even because the follow only the first 4/5 cars..
