are there websites, ... with pictures/drawings of cars with aluminium monoques like older sport cars, formula cars, ...

If you search for the Lotus 25 you will find good drawings and descriptions. It is well documented as it is remembered as the first monocoque car in Formula 1.

Not a full monoque, but the original Jaguar D-type combined a front subframe/chassis with a central aluminium monoque with the rear axle mounted to it. Plenty of cutaway drawings of that available. If you have trouble finding one on-line LMK and I'll scan one for you.
