One other factor is that if Turkington is penalised, he'll still carry ballast for crossing the line 3rd and Cammish will carry 4th place ballast.

They were visible, but the only reason the pass was made was because Cammish had to brake more as he had better visibility. I'd switch Turks and Cammish.

Normal practice and has happened several times in the past. Ballast is applied based on the order in which they crossed the line, regardless of any penalties / disqualifications.

Missed R1 and the first two laps of R2. How did Andy Neate get to the front? I know he fell back on the wrong tyre, but I double taked when I realised it wasn't Ollie or Rory!!!
