CSCC at Snetterton
Well it was 'our' season finale at Snetterton and it didn't disappoint, Mixed weather conditions ending in a wash out on Sunday (last race cancelled) a few momentous battles with the highlight being the Special Saloons between the Peugeot 309GTI Turbo, Baby Bertha and the Lotus Elan, all three swapping places right to the end. Tricky to pick my favourites so just a random few for you. All with 1Dmk4 & 70-200 2.8mkii with 1.4 extender
#1 - 1/250, f/6.3, iso 100, 245mm - bit of classic drifting #2 - 1/250, f/4.5, iso 100, 175mm - big power up the front for the rolling start #3 - 1/125, f/4.5, iso 640, 98mm - Classic K entries inc this little stunner #4 - 1/80, f/5, iso 100, 125mm - hark, is that thunder #5 - 1/160, f/4.5, iso 100, 280mm - if I lean a little more I can make it. . . #6 - 1/250, f/4, iso 800, 98mm - did I mention the storm made it a little dark and a tad 'moist' Rest if your bored and fancy a look are here: Saturday Sunday Thanks for looking. .DAVID. |

David - Most people have an item of furniture in their house that they tend to use at night........ called a bed! That had to be a record speed in posting these galleries!! Love the grid before the downpour. J & B

Some great pictures there David. Some of the Sunday ones of the racing into twilight with the Classic K, headlights on are really atmospheric and capture what was a truly exciting race from start to nail biting finish!
