they're a class of V8 Holden and Ford race cars that actually have the ability to pass each other on track.. ermm rather than in pit lane like you're used to seeing.

This would be the first year in many I don't want to see any runners drop out I would like to see more as big grids can give good racing.

Is the dope suspension over this year for Dale Lambert and is he coming back.

Any news if the GT Radials and Metalman teams are full time runners this year.

Dale sold all his gear and car to a Taupo/Rotorua guy. The ran the car in the Endurance series just gone.

Hi EP, is that Clarke's car

Note there are quite a few changes in the wind for the series, I think we may all be surprised with how big the field may be (as in full field)

It is a low car but I also caught that in the bumpy section of Pukekohe just heading in to Ford (between the haripin & main straight), shot it just as it was bottoming out

Here it is coming into the hairpin

Pic of Perkins hitting bottom as comparison

And a Altezza in same spot

EZY PEEL still like to know if the Huka Honda car is the one in question. They we could possibly get back on topic

Yes it is,

It was prepped for the enduro series in Peter Butler's workshop by PB (ex development series) and Max S (ex International Msport/Foggy, K Williams, TKR, ?Perkins Australia?). From what I've heard the package purchased off dale was pretty good, Im not sure what the pans for the car are now.

Apologies Mr Promax, I dont read on here very often and wasn't aware of there being an Aussie 'hang up your helmet' thread (now that I've searched it I am ). My post on the Kiwi site was aimed squarely at all the eternal kiwi doomsayers who can't seem to find a positive angle in anything and this thread title and I must say rather 'searching' early posts resulted in it being lumped in with that crowd. If that was not your intention then I sincerely apologise and owe you a big fuzzy hug

NAC is going to pay all the grid girls to hug me? hey i'm kewl with that

just so you know Mario.. i was one of the guys that used to sit in the stands in the rain and wind when classes struggled to get 1/2 dozen cars. there's no way i'd want to see any drivers booted out of NZV8s hell if it was up to me.. i'd bring back the Hux in his Mothers sponsored Commodore
