Not a good day for the Ferrari faithful with the cars starting 9th and 11th. but race looking like a Mercedes walk over unless tyres and Max come good.

Once again Mercs up front, Bottas just missing out. Max looks good, so hopefully he can challenge them again. Albon, good to see him a bit higher up the grid than he has been. Vettel yet again a massive disappointment, after all that chassis change talk as well. Kimi finally makes it into Q2

Strange tyre strategy from RBR. They pit Albon early and release him into traffic and then keep Verstappen out longer than he would like, while he says his tyres are shot and he is losing time.

Just heard on the radio. Not the most exciting race it seems, but that’s Barcelona for you. If only we could have had the rain reach the circuit, just for once.

Well there’s a storm overhead so I missed a third of that when the reception cut out. Doesn’t seem like it was a very exciting one though. What happened to leclerc? Did verstappen and bottas pass each other on track at all, or was it all just pitstops?

Leclerc had an electrical gremlin causing the car to spin.

Bottas never got past Max....it was all in the start

1 Ferrari starting on Mediums

Pits both on same lap...

Ask Seb to go flat out, 3 laps later asks him to save tyres to end of race...

Leaves seb out to do double laps on USED Soft Tyres than he did on Mediums, whilst every other team does bare minimum on Softs...

As Seb said himself they had nothing to lose. A split strategy when you’re that far off the pace is not unusual.

Again, doesn’t mean it’s sabotage....and again, what would ferrari gain from sabotaging their own driver?
