Julian, there is an availability form for Silverstone that has been sent to all BRDC club marshals. Not sure if all these meetings are covered by all the organsing clubs lists but I'm sure if you contacted Pam Dearn at Silverstone you could add this one as well. Hope this helps

Dates sorted, volunteering forms completed, just one problem. Where do I volunteer now for Walter Hayes Trophy 31/10-1/11? No longer on the HSCC list (was it ever?) but I can't find where it's gone. Is it BRDC now?

It was on the paper copy from HSCC earlier, also still showing on Fay's list as HSCC (26/1 version), so presumably a recent change?

Woolley just confirm you are going to do the Walter Hayes and I will get you put on the list. The Walter Hayes is being organised by HSCC as in the last few years.

OK, Alan, confirmed please! That was easier than expected.

It's not on the HSCC form on Julian's website (you'll probably prove me wrong now!)

Thx.

It is almost impossible to keep up with date/venue changes relating to the situation at Donington. The one that I have managed to update is the 750MC change to Snetterton.

I had a message from the Motorsport marshals group on Facebook saying there is a trojan virus on marshals.org.uk - any truth in this and, if so, has it been sorted?

I believe so - but should anyone like to take a shotgun to the individual who infected it, feel free!

Malware

I received the following today - many thanks to the sender - my reply is below

Just to let you know that this morning I tried to get onto marshals.org.uk using both a PC (explorer) and a mac (safari) and both reported malicious software warnings on your site. You might want to check this out.

Best regards

Many thanks for this.
Google Chrome also gave an error (but not IE!).
I have reloaded the site, changed the password and Google Webmaster tools is not reporting an error.
Does it look OK to you now?
If you have any knowledge in this area, any suggestion of other means of protecting the site would be appreciated!
Regards,
Julian

If anyone can suggest further means to protect the site please contact me
