least attended meeting
which meeting (in Australia) do you think would have the poorest attendance. Not just low numbers because the track can't hold anymore, but low due to lack of attendance. You see I am very keen to take a mate to see a V8 event. However he suffers very bad from anxiety attacks around large crowds. Thoughts?

Konica V8's certainly draw less of a crowd than the Champ Series. But I think the racing is probably better at a Konica Event. I enjoy going to Wakefield for the Konica's it is not too bad a place to get too and the crowds aren't overly huge.

Welcome to ten-tenths, Bronco
(after all, we Newcastle boys have to stick together...) Pehaps a circuit with heaps of viewing space, so you could find your own fence-spot, stake it out and hold on tight. What about Konicas? For NSW rounds, the creek (1st one) isn't too bad, oran park is a little packed. (small space) Bathurst might be the go, especially B24 (yes, i know, it's not V8s) B24 has 1/3 the crowd of the 1000, allowing one to stroll around like it's a park or something. At B24, you don't have to cue up forever, you can park your car in the spectator area and you don't have to worry (as much) about drunken louts that lurk at the top of the circuit for the 1000. |

The AVESCO EC meeting didn't have much of a crowd did it? Maybe that would be a goer.
Then again, no one in China has heard of V8Supercars have they? That shouldn't get much of a crowd. How far is Shanghai from Newcastle? |
