snetmarshal should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Very likly will be attending last 3 rounds, already rearranged my calender so can make it to Donington, such good racing for 2 hours is well worth it. Not just one scrap either, i mean think it must have been near enough the whole last hour that the Fiesta and Clio were battling and beleive they were on different laps to! but didnt stop em! Some stunning cars, good racing and friendly people, you can't ask for more!

I understand that the EERC is not a Championship but a series, is this true? If it is not a Championship why not as it seems to deserve that staus.

This is James Tuckers choice, it was explained to me and Steve Wood last year and If I can recall correctly, it is a series of races so that teams can "arrive and race".

Steve/James, have I got this correct??

I think that I probably knew the answer to this once, and it's something to do with MSA recognition, but I've been enjoying it so much that the rationale has gone clean out of my mind. Maybe James can expand if he reads this.

It would probably be the ETCC-spec mockup they had at the last 2 BTCC meetings in the paddock. That car had number 16 on the door along with a Britcar logo above it.

Re: what happened

HI lost 1st and 2nd when we started and then the clutch went completly after the driver change , i think we had engine oil finding its way through to the clutch plate. Made for some impressive speed going in to the last chicane in third and very slow coming out trying to get it all together again .
What happened to the Barwell Civic , it was back in the truck when i came in.

Oh dear, how was the car going prior to that?

Don't know what happened to the Barwell Civic strange one really as it went out really early on.

Weird, normally Honda's are pretty unburstable but to have two go out in one race..........ahhhhhh!

No problem it will be sorted for Brands.

Sounds like you all had a blast, glad several of my fellow marshals enjoyed the weekend.

Unfortunately I was elsewhere, and will be in the USA til early November.

When & where is your last round, I will try to make it if it's after I'm back.

the reason behind the team not wanting to be a championship
is based on the number of rules for DTM classes 1/2/3/BTCC classes a/b. /SUPERBTCC/GT/GTC/GT3/GTO/GRPA CLASSES ONE.TWO.THREE.FOUR /PODUCTION SALOONS CLASSES 1/2/3/4/GRPN+ CLASSES 1/2/3/4 AND SO ON .
