Unoffficial Country Fanclubs

Does anyone think there would be interest in websites for fans from different countries to run an unnoficial website in their own language but under the banner of a single domain name?

For example, www.awgpfanclub.com and then gbr.a1gpfanclub.com for Great Britain.
