History has proven that it'll only increase the differences between the teams, with special tires going to the top teams and costs rising on top of that. I'd rather keep them the same for all...

In terms of quantity there's definitely room for improvement, but I must say that the drivers signed so far are of a pretty decent quality. The factory 10 are very capable, Chilton and Bennani have their moments. I'll keep my opinion about Demoustier and Filippi for myself

No, the other 12 drivers did. However, some sites as Motorsports.com already show them as confirmed.

Very happy for Valente. It really great to see independent drivers stepping up to factory squads. Hopefully this will be an example for works teams in the future. (though I feel Ribeiro did help in this case)

Correction, Honda is testing at Valencia. Surprisingly, Munnich tests there as well with 2 cars. I bet Rene Munnich himself is driving one of the cars

That's a misunderstanding, the winner will get a meet and greet with the team for the race weekend. Driving a TC1 car would be a way too big step. The overall winner of the Cruze cup will get a test drive in a TCR Leon.
But it says Munnich will use both cars for the whole season. That would make 4 Chevys minimum (Coronel, Fillipi, 2x Munnich)
