Good clean battles all through the field.
Yes was well worth the effort, when James went past me he looked like a man on a mission!! and to think we had very little sleep and 2 journeys back home.
A good weekend nice to have the 20 min races.

What happend Tris? You seemed to be doing well til you vanished! Came looking for you at lunch but you had left.

Great afternoons racing, every race was very good and lots of close battles. One question, who was the commentator?

Commentator was Brian Jones, been doing it for years.
Car stopped on straight and that was that.
You should find a pm from me in due course.

Waffle.... er yes. Completely missing the Escort binning it in the LMA race was a good example. Rod, you sounded good on the mike though, perhaps you should do it more often

Brian's a good commentator, misses a few things - he's getting old!!!.

Did not enjoy the mighty mini commentator, however enthusiastic he was, 20 minutes of shouting complete and utter rubbish (Such as: 'the marshals have there hands on the pins of the fire extinguishers!') into my ears from the speaker wasn't much fun... But I suppose you can't please everyone..

No i agree Westfield, if anything he reminded me of a certain F1 commentator.... a bit embarrassing really.

I dont mind Brians waffle during say the breaks between races when it can be informative and interesting, but when the race itself is great it would be nice sometimes if he concentrated on that rather then going off at a tangent sometimes.

Yes it did remind us of Murray but thought it rather funny.

Be intresting to see how much tyre smoking Ken will do when he increases the power.
Better still is that Sandra drove it to the event and home again.

how can anyone knock Brian Jones, he IS the voice of Brands, it is sad that he is not the main commentator anymore, he was the commentator when I was a lad, so I have fond memories of his commentaries through the 80's and early 90's.
