One good thing that has happened over the last few races is that Briscoe has stopped dominating the series. Sure hes normally on the podium but hes not winning every race anymore. Just a shame his title rivals cant capatalise on that and win with Briscoe behind them. (Pla, Glock, Carbone).
Now I just have to wait 3 weeks until its on Sky Sports. Still as u say Flor, does sound like it was a bit boring. Still maybe tommorows race will be better eh? |

Yeeeeeaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!
Go Christian go!!! I'm really pleased he's won a race now!! And little Fab in second!! Re:Bricoe - Looking at the championship, it's better to look at who might be second - the results are so wide open. Back in a minute, just gonna find the championship standings. |

Great to see Carbone and Pla closing the gap to Briscoe in the championship a little now. Is it me or does Briscoe seem to be faltering a little now? Good to see that his early season dominance hasnt continued into the 2nd half of the season.

The gap between Briscoe and the nr 2 was before this weekend 24 points (59 for Briscoe, 35 for Glock) and is now 27 points, so Briscoe won actually on the other drivers. I'm Briscoe fan, but it's nice to see that other drivers are closing the gap so we can see interesting races.

i was really disappointed with Timo Glock this weekend! qualifying 18th and 27th isnt what i expect from the second in the points standings...well he isnt 2nd anymore...wonder what the problem was
and i would have loved to hear what the teamowner of ASM said to the second accident between his drivers pla and premat... a on spengler´s podium though |

Actually, I'm out because I have no "time" ehehehe
Heading back to Australia tomorrow to try and find more "time". Hopefully will make it back before Nurburgring. I was actually at Le Mans, and to be honest, the most interesting part of the whole weekend was the 5-hour long waterfight between every driver, team owner and mechanic. More than 100 people running around completely wet. Of course, at about 9.00 everyone changed into fresh team clothing and went to the Sunday night function. James Manderson For those interested, check out my website, www.jamesmanderson.com Last edited by Jim Tom; 15 Jul 2003 at 12:40. |
