Yeah, I have Ridge Racer for the PSP. It is really fun, but not what I'd call a "Sim" racer. It is very arcade-like, and is not even close to anything like GT4 or Forza Motorsport. But on other hand, I can head down to the cafe for lunch, have a sandwich and bang out a couple of races on my lunch hour. And best of all it includes a mini game of Rally-X, which used to be one my favorite arcade games when I was a child.

If you have the $$, and are willing to part with it, the PSP is a goood waste of $250 (plus another $150 for games and other crap.)

The PSP is pretty much the handheld to have for race fans, what with Gran Turismo, WRC and F1 games all on the horizon.

Really? Thats not a good move by Sony. They have been clamping down on imports recently, and a delay will only make people look more into importing them.

The PSP is region free, and with a launch price of about £170, compared with an import price of £130, Sony need to get it out in September unless they wanna lose a fair amount of money.

Exactly what I was thinking, they are trying to sue a company that are importing Another case of Sony screwing over there market.
