A sad end to a great rally.
Extremly shocked when I saw the news on wrc.com and I for one like many other rally fans, will sorely miss him. My thoughts are with his family, friends and colleagues.

Yeah, i think many of us had forgotten how dangerous it can be, as most accidents were minor, but there are of course, the unlucky ones who will still end their lives doing what they loved doing.

One of the best co-drivers around, he will be sadly missed.

Very sad. I was just reading a pre-rally GB interview with him and Markko Martin literally an hour before I heard this news.

Just watched the ITV coverage, everybody is in shock, I guess 'they' didn't really know what to say as its all happened so quickly. Nice of Loeb to take the time penalty, true sportsmanship as said in an earlier post.

As Peugeot said, Rallying has lost a great friend.
