It was a stunning field and excellent race.
The results can be found here: http://www.classicenduranceracing.co...e_CER_Race.pdf Once I've sorted though my photos I will post some here. |

Great result for 'Chocolate Drop', John! Please pass on my congrats to Gareth. Two fine wins in B8 and B26 respectively this year, and you're talking about selling them .... tut, tut!

here is our full report on the 1000 km, which has a section devoted to the CER.
55 cars, which almost 20 more on the reserve list. Bobby Rahal (here shown in the #9 lola T212) is trying to organise something similar in the USA and the last race saw a field of 8 entrants. http://www.ultimatecarpage.com/event...e-1000-km.html 100 cars in October at Paul Ricard..... added are some shots from the weekend. Note the skinny rain tires on the Corvette and the door in the passenger seat that had fallen off the GRD. |

Thoroughly enjoyed marshalling during these sessions - I preferred them to the big boys!

They looked fantastic and the pictures are good, but if you could just capture the noise they made...
