Silverstone Classic timetable?

Just wondered if there was a timetable published yet for the Silverstone Classic 2015?

Cheers,

Ben.

Chigley should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
It will appear here when it's ready.

So far all one can find seems to be on the dedicated event web site where the races are listed and indicate the days on which they will be qualifying and racing - but not the times.

AFAIK, the HSCC run the meeting on behalf of the promoter, so the timetable won't be on the HSCC website in the usual place.

No doubt someone from the HSCC will be along in a moment to correct me...

It would really help if they could publish the timetables a bit earlier because I need to organise time off work etc. All I need to know if im honest is are the Group C cars going to be running on the Friday? As its the cheapest day, I want to give Friday a go, but only if the Group C cars are running.

This is on the Silverstone Classic website under the Group C photo:

"Qualifying Friday, Race Saturday, Race Sunday"

Link- http://www.silverstoneclassic.com/page.cfm/Link=155 - it's about halfway down the page. I think everyone has qualifying on Friday according to the website.

Hi Sodemo, don't know how much of a help this will be, but looking back thru the timetables for the last 3 years, the GroupC lads have always run as the last track action on the fridays normal between 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

I would go on Friday if you want to see the largest collection of Group C cars on track.

They are quite fragile so the number tend to shrink as the weekend progresses.

To see them racing .... I would imagine they will be doing the "into the dusk" race on Saturday evening once again, having the benefit of lights and the traditions of night racing to support such a scheme. That would also make a good choice normally.

HSCC don't tend to put out a timetable until all the entries have closed, which some I know is end of May.. so you're looking more than likely around mid June until there is a timetable released.
