Dump Irvine? No wonder Rahal was ...

Eddie has to be the most sought after driver. But he isn't. I don't get it. After all he is the second best driver to Michael. And the best consultant to owners who want to know which drivers 'have it' and which don't. He seems to have even waived his consultant fees and just gives away his info during interviews! Don't tell me they don't know what they're doing over there at Jaguar!

After an initial period of adjustment, Pedro has shown more pace than Eddie in the last 5 races. If he continues to be outdriven by his teammate, Eddie's stock will fall for sure.
If he's as good as he thinks he is, he should be 2 or 3 tenths quicker than PDLR everywhere.
I wonder if he ever wishes he were back in that '99 Ferrari?

He probably does wish he was still in a 99 Ferrari, but don't forget Todt told him his contract wasn't going to be renewed for 2000.

Also, Eddie has had two big crashes this year, at Montreal and Spa, he'll be good next year.

Irvine really has had his day. Franmkly he should be blowing PDLR off the track, btu its the other way round. 6 time sin a row that the self proclaimed second ebst driver in F1 ahs been beaten by someone without much experience, who wasn't first chocie for a drive, and has probably only done 3/4 of the numebr of laps Irv ahs done. Bobby Rahal was probably on to something.
