ag shrigley imp should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
We have decided to sell the imp. Andy Jones is going to race it untill we get a buyer.

I had to decide which way to go as i have 2 race cars for the series.

breaks my heart as its very rare and cost alot of time and money.

But things change and life goes on hahahahh

You can put it for sale lee on the other forum if you will as I wont be able to put pics on

White saloon with Shrigley engineering down the side. Price £23k negotiable may take px seems like these cars are going up in price and im not giving it away. Cars mint ready to go

Thx

I have been sorting some of my old images. Anyone know who and where this Skoda is now? It was taken in 1999 at Cadwell Park.

Now that is dead Must be still around, surely?

911 meets 130........

For those that don't spend time on the history forum, it appears that one of the ex Rob Cox 'Black Brick' Caterham based devices is alive and being restored in Germany. Look forward to seeing that on track!

There was a car similar to Black Brick racing in Ireland in the mid 80's. I can't remember it's spec etc but it was bloody quick. Here it is in Testing at Kirkistown. It was fast, but not as fast as Richard Peacock's F1 Tyrrell

Was it the TMC Costin or something like that?

A right heath robinson contraption but so memorable because of it.

Definately a TMC Costin. The company was bought by Panoz and they developed the car into one of their roadsters.

The "heath robinson contraption" and its intrepid pilot John KEANEY being interviewed today in Mondello for an upcoming TV documenraty on the Irish manufacturer. First time the car had run since Phoenix Park 2004!

Have you got a pic without the bloody cameraman standing in front?

So what year spec did the car last race in- front looks more 21st century than 20th. Hardly Heath-Robinson.....

Ditto.

All very interesting, plus I have just finished working in Athlone (where the Costin originated)for a few weeks, plus my son is getting a 1976 Dutton B+ V8 sorted (looks a bit similar although it runs cycle wings) (and the paint is not as good!)
