It is amazing what can happen between now and the endurance events. There seems to be one or two pairings thought to be a lock that may now not be that way

Wait till first practice at Phillip Island to confirm. Lots of cheques to be deposited, funds to clear, cars to turn up at workshops before the 34 car line up can be confirmed.

so that would mean pushing the triple 8 brand is the priority , not displaying the 1 on your primary car for a loveless manufacturer

888 are using Mr Lowndes' crew to run the Lowndes/Whincup enduro races, and the #888 chassis, so why not maintain the #888 number?

Its not likely the second car will revert to #88 for these races

Where is this new home?
If you are correct GTRMagic, what chance is there that there will be 34 cars at IP and Bathurst, as a percentage?

As for Triple Eight, is it possible that #1 will be driven by the two 'guest' drivers?

One of the wildcards is a definite no show unless someone lands a 6 figure cheque with a 2 in front of it to allow a proper preparation to be completed...

That Mr Moffat's campaign runs hand to mouth is likely also difficult.. running round sponsorships, and a lot of blank space suggests a budget imbalance.

It is unlikely that a team with Sonic's history would want to do the event half-cocked in their debut.

There is also a likely issue with a car being available, they have no spare, meaning that Mr Jane would likely be asked to give up his chassis for Bathurst so Mr Moffat can continue his Fujitsu series campaign.... would he want to do that?

Mr Marshall's ex-888 chassis is sitting in a shed in Queensland unused.. and could be trotted out.. for the right price...

If the stories are to be believed, Mr Wilson is allegedly not coming to Australia for the endurance races as he is still a shot at winning the Nextel Stockcar series in Brazil

It begs the question as to who might get the call up to share the #14 car with Mr Jones.

Could we possibly see a Jones/Jones car at Bathurst?
