Si ,John Roberts owned/ raced the kitten somewhere between 1989-1992 he had it in the orange, blue & White colours. In your last photo Chris Crawford winning in the 7 ltr Esprit, if you look in the left hand side of the photo you can see me in my Skoda. We had fastest lap & new lap record I got 1 extra point which won us the championship by 1 point.

I opologise if I missed it.

Does anyone know the history of this car that was on display at Mallory?

http://psp-images.photoshelter.com/i...000YyqHXRW5QvE

It was originally built by Bruce Skelton.

I do consider myself as a bit of a Vauxhall fan, but can't say I recognise this one...
(It looks like it's road registered, I wonder if it started out as a road car project that's got out of hand?)

Any news on the Croft round? I've been following this thread with interest as I am just about older enough to remember the Special Saloons/Modsports in the late 70's and early 80's. Have some recollections of some doing the hillclimb at Harewood. If my memory serves me right I recall an Imp with a huge engine in the back, an E-Type and possible some sort of MG.

Was considering heading to the Donington meeting but if there is one at Croft even better. I can only manage 2 or 3 meetings a year and I'm currently trying to pick a few potentials out. So any idea when or if its likely to happen?
