what about a change in cars for SEAT ? I think if they stick with the Leon again they will win the championship again (pressuming they are going to in 2008). If they switch to this "audi", then isn't it abit risky ?

With VAG's parts-exchangability I don't think its a big risk, they'll be able to bolt over many parts from the Leon. I think you can compare it with Volvo's swap from the S60 to the C30, many parts were transferred there and it was quick from the start. It still had some bits and niggles at the start which had to be sorted, but still it was fast pretty much out of the box. I guess we'll see that with Seat too.

BTW, another thing which makes me hope for an Exeo WTCC Car; it would mean Seat will stay in WTCC at least a bit longer, because nobody is going to invest in a completely new WTCC car for only 1 season.

Thankfully the Brands Hatch round doesn't clash with any BTCC Rounds next year. Could be interesting as at that time the BTCC are in their summer break (between Croft 14th June and Snetterton 2nd August) so perhaps we will see some teams compete in the WTCC event.

Very similar shape to the Vauxhall/Opel Insignia. It this a completely Chevrolet car or a badge-engineered version of another GM product?

It's not a badge-engineered product but a new "world car" design to be manufactured and sold in Europe, North America and Asia.

It's built on new Delta II platform that next generation Opel Astra, Saab 9-3 etc will use also.

But it is uglllllllllly. The Lacetti was a pretty car for what it was. This just looks like someone threw up on a sheet of paper and thought it looked good.

When they are racing, you can see them coming by.
