PoweredByHonda should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Prost/Senna. Who was better?

Here's a bit for you history folks. Who was better? the Technical Master Prost or the Pole grabbing Senna?

I voted for...

At the risk of estranging myself from my friends, I won't say.

I remember when I was at secondary school, I used to adore the late Senna. I couldn't recall exactly why because those days I didn't quite understand about F1 since it was not aired in my country. Except once in a-while covered in the news. Prost was just another famous name that I followed those days. Hmmm...

This one's too easy... just look at their statistics over the two years when they were team-mates at McLaren. Easily comparable.

I would suggest that if you vote for Senna you are doing so with your heart, and if you vote for Prost you are doing so with your head.

I voted for Prost :

1) Senna reported many times that Prost was his worst nightmare, the only man on earth he had trouble to beat. I remember I used to say that Senna main goal was to beat Prost, not win races.
2) I can't remember who said this :
"If Formula One was a religion, then Prost was its Pope and Senna its fanatic.". An interesting vision.

I remember reading this quote somewhere (can't remember where, so if it's been on here sometime before, oops)..

It was something like this:

Quote:
Prost was the best driver in the world - the only problem was that Senna was faster.

I have to say Senna, but it is a very hard call they were both top drivers. I think the difference is minimal though.

On a dry track, Senna by a car length.
On a wet track, Senna by a lap.
I'd have to say Senna.

I'm glad we are all interested in this....
I'd have to say Prost. Although Senna was an awesome driver as well, seeing Senna pass 6 cars including prost on the first lap of Donington park into the lead was something. But no one was able to handle the car technically like Prost. He was truly the master. The best ever. Prost might not own the race wins record in a few months. But I still think IMHO that Schumacher is no where near as good as Prost.
Wouldn't it be something if Prost would drive one of his cars at a grand prix? That would be wicked.
Anywho, Prost is the best driver there ever was, and there ever will be.

He would get slaughted I'm afraid. This long out of the seat, cars changing so much, not a chance. If it were possible he would have driven for Mazzacash, ho couldnt have been slower.

Both are exceptional, both are trully the greats. But senna gets my vote for his will to win. Prost loses for driving like my mother when it rains.
