XW GT should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Big Kev

Just heard on the radio that Big Kev has passed away. I think that they said that he had heart failure.

Now there was a zero to hero and back man if ever there was one...

I still see that Matt Neal driven Big Kev Racer ploughing into Seto and Skaife at Murrays in my nightmares...

Yep a true supporter of V8 SC, via his super duper contra deal with PMM.

My fave image is that of him under the podium at Calder when Morris won the round in 2001.

Seriously Excited there.

RIP Big Kev........

RIP Big Kev........
I remember seeing him that day out the back of the pits on his golf buggy with numerous people jumping around him, there were tears rolling down the big fella's face. He truly was excited and passionate about V8 Supercar racing.

RIP Big Kev

Big Kev had a very very good business concept... he was ultimately the product...

...his cleaning products sold because Big Kev was on Bert and Moira, and he was getting excited in all sorts of places......

The idea to contract manufacture the products, to build a loyalty campaign on a simple hook... was a masterstroke....

... other things in Mr McQuay's life took him away from these fundamentals, and the best of intentions of the product, the IPO and everything that has happened since, went in a different direction.

Sad to see Big Kev off to clean up the beyond

I spent my days at uni watching Bert in the morning - and as such I grew to like Big Kev quite a lot.

As has been said, his enthusiasm for life was infectious and his enthusiasm for the V8s obvious.

That is a great photo Cranker ...... just how he would like to be remembered.

RIP Big Kev - may your shirts be loud forever more .....

I'll have a beer for him tonight!

i got big kev to autograph my "offical" hat when i was a marshall at phillip island a few years back. the "offical" was a spelling mistake on the hat. he sign it "Im Excited, Big Kev". He was so nice, even after we asked him to move his car :P

He also signed a big kev vest i bought after morris won at Calder. He said no more, and i asked if he would sign something of his, and he jumped at it. Thanks for the kindness.

RIP
