Spose that's your opinion, but this tiff goes back to when they were in the CTS series together and Biff was winning & Happy couldn't do squat...Happy didn't like it & took it out a few times on Biff.

Anyhow...I think Biff did the right thing by not throwing punches at Kevie. By not doing that, NA$CAR only gave the fine and probation to Happy. Biff must have learned his lesson after he connected with 2 or 3 right hooks on Jay Sauter last season. Guess someone else still needs to grow up and learn those lessons?

Not only do these guys need to learn to control themselves at the track, which is usually on live TV, that they need to do this scrappin' stuff off the track (as in outside the gates) where they can beat the livin' shinola outta each other and NASCAR cain't say diddly about it. Then there would be TV cameras, no fines, no probabtion, nada.

According to the Official NASCAR Rule Book, Rule 12-4-A, "actions deemed as detrimental to stock car racing", NASCAR should be fined and put on probation.
