UK - BRDC takes people to the races

The BRDC is throwing its weight behind plans to take British spectators to the Spa PowerTour meeting in September. The race weekend is 23/24 September and features the three hero PowerTour Championships of the Green Flag British F3 Championship, the Privilege Insurance British GT Championship and the Silverstone Insurance National Saloon Championship.
A trip is being organised to take spectators out to the circuit in time for final qualifying on Saturday and the full race day, returning on Sunday night.

Costs start at £99 leaving Silverstone on early Saturday morning travelling to Dover and then on to Ostend arriving at Spa around lunchtime. Regional pickups are available, depending upon location.

The trip includes four-star accommodation in Liege with coach transfers to the circuit.

"Spa is a fabulous circuit and the meeting will give great racing," said the BRDC¹s Chris Norman. "We have been taking racing to the people through PowerTour this year, but now we are helping to take the people to the racing."
