"But-ass" beats Hamilton again... Should have won race if not for an unlucky safety car, after being tagged with this "clever" nickname by the same guy that brought you "honda should be charged with bringing f1 into disrepute", "Ericsson doesn't belong on the grid", and "Vettel is mlst overrated driver", just in time for a top 5 for Honda, Ericsson to score points, and Vettel to put on a sublime drive last week.... What opposite day statements can we look forward to next race?

F1Guy should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

Raikkonen reportedly found in a confused and delusional state in Baku!

Should be a great battle between the Ferrari team mates in 2018 then..

I guess we can see Räikkönen being clinical all weekend, dominating qualifying and race, resulting in him leading the championship....

I'd love to see Kimi back up there on the top step!

He certainly has a car that suits him and has shown so far, especially in China. There's no doubt he can still win, just needs Vettel to hit troubles though

Yep, Raikkonen will only out race Vettel when Vettel hits trouble. Ferrari will always make sure Vettel finishes ahead of Raikkonen whenever possible. Even when Raikkonen out qualifies Vettel. Ferrari tend use Raikkonen as a tactical sacrificial lamb to hold the rest of the grid up, force the opposition to pit, etc. while Vettel get's the break he needs.

Raikkonen is delusional to think he has "100 per cent the same chance" as team-mate Vettel to win the Formula 1 title. Raikkonen is probably the better driver of the two, but his highly overrated team-mate is the chosen one at Ferrari. Probably because Ferrari has to somehow justify the exorbitant amount of money they paid Vettel to drive for them. Overrated - AND over paid.

Raikkonen is on the cusp of being able to take Ricardo Patrese's record gap between GP wins. Ricardo went 99 GP's between wins (1983 South African GP to Imola 1990.)

Kimi is currently 98 races on from his win in Australia 2013.

Hope so. Raikkonen qualifies P1, with Vettel P2.
At the start of the race, KR jumps SV and is leading the race comfortably, exactly as he did at last years Monaco GP, heading towards his first win since R1 in 2013..... oh wait hang on... where did KR finish that race again?

Team-mate battle results for qualifying after round four.

Mercedes: Lewis Hamilton - 2
Mercedes: Valtteri Bottas - 2

Ferrari: Sebastian Vettel - 3
Ferrari: Kimi Raikkonen - 1

Red Bull: Daniel Ricciardo - 2
Red Bull: Max Verstappen - 2

Force India: Sergio Perez - 2
Force India: Esteban Ocon - 2

Williams: Lance Stroll - 2
Williams: Sergey Sirotkin - 2

Renault: Nico Hulkenberg - 4
Renault: Carlos Sainz Jnr - 0

Toro Rosso: Pierre Gasly - 2
Toro Rosso: Brendon Hartley - 2

Haas: Romain Grosjean - 1
Haas: Kevin Magnussen - 3

McLaren: Fernando Alonso - 4
McLaren: Stoffel Vandoorne - 0

Sauber: Marcus Ericsson - 2
Sauber: Charles Leclerc - 2

Hulkenberg and Alonso continue to out qualify their team-mates. Ricciardo squares things up with Verstappen. Unlucky for Raikkonen. He was on for pole. Both Force India's make it to Q3 with Ocon getting the better of Perez this time around.
